We are pleased to inform you that after the mega success of the earlier edition, CII is now organising the 2nd edition of Health Insurance Summit 2008 scheduled on 9 December 2008 at Hotel Taj Mahal Palace & Towers, Colaba, Mumbai. This national initiative is supported by General Insurance Council (GIC), Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) and Association of Medical Consultants (AMC) along with KPMG, Modern Medicare, Asia Insurance Post, and UTV News Ltd. (UTVi) as the Knowledge, Magazine and Media Partners respectively.

The prime focus of the summit is to review the recent changes and subsequent impact in the Health Insurance industry and deliberate on future initiatives to be undertaken by various stakeholders to try and ensure that the pace of growth is sustained.

Thus the theme. "Health Insurance Inc.: The Road Ahead".
